Her training roots are grounded in BKS Iyengar. In 2017 Jen studied with Katie O’Connell, at Dragonfly Yoga Barn, Studio and Retreat in Sandwich, NH, and graduated a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance. Yoga, walking, and support from family and friends helped her make a full recovery and thrive. In October, 2013 Jen was diagnosed with Stage 2b breast cancer. Inspired by yoga and its beneficial mind/body effects, she began to search out more classes for herself and became serious in her practice.

In 2005, Jen began practicing yoga and teaching poses in her toddler age son’s classrooms. In 2005, she went on to coordinate group exercise programming at the Hartman Union Building at Plymouth State University and continued her teaching there while she started her own outdoor bootcamp fitness business. She was co-founder of “Simply Fit” a group exercise studio in Campton, NH from 1998-2002. Jen Morris has taught group exercise classes and personal training in the greater Plymouth, NH area since 1995 at various gyms, workplace programs, and at events.
